Coeury Paul Moseley, age 30, entered eternal life on September 9, 2026. He was born in Louisville, Kentucky, on February 14, 1996—Valentine’s Day—a fitting day for someone whose name and nature were so closely connected to the heart (“Coeur” is the French word for heart).
Coeury was exceptionally intelligent, introspective, thoughtful, and witty. He earned a bachelor’s degree in history, loved learning and playing Dungeons & Dragons. He was very funny, had perfect comedic timing and shared his humor by performing at the Comedy Caravan.
Coeury was a shining light with a pure soul. His kindness, depth and his heart full of love connected him to the people around him.
He wanted everyone to know: “I’m not saying I’m Batman, but he’s never been in the same room that I am.”
Among those who preceded him in death are, his brother, Michael “Mikey” Anthony Allen; paternal grandmother, Barbara Moseley; maternal grandparents, Joseph and Delores Panter and his uncle, Edward Carlisle.
He leaves to cherish his memory, his parents, Tammy Moseley and Paul A. Moseley, Jr.; brothers, Matthew Allen (Jessica) and Brandon Allen (Kayla); paternal grandparents, Paul Moseley, Sr. and Sharon Moseley; aunts and uncles, Shawn Moseley, Justin Jackson, Billy Moseley (Rebecca), Jason Moseley (Tiffany), John Paul Moseley, Bill Panter, Lorrie Doty, Donna Jones and Pat Panter (Sharon); nephews and nieces, Jaxon, Braxton, Brayden, Karley and Claire; cousins, Stevie and Chance Kessler; his best friend- loved in a way that is unmeasurable always, Hailey “Izzy” White and a host of other dear family and friends.
Coeury’s Family would like to express their gratitude to the Tony Bennett Memorial Fund for their compassion and help.
Services have been entrusted to Schoppenhorst, Underwood and Brooks Funeral Home (4895 N. Preston Hwy., Shepherdsville, KY)
