David Steven McGuire, age 61, of Fairdale, Kentucky returned to his Heavenly Father on Thursday, September 30, 2021. He was born in Louisville, Kentucky on February 14, 1960, to the Earl McGuire and Geraldine Cain. He is preceded in death by a son, David Steven McGuire II and his step-father Clarence Cain. David leaves to cherish his memory his wife Mary Blunk; daughter, Jennifer Bray (Steve); son, Jesse Ray McGuire (Keri); step-son, Jason Blunk; step-daughter, Angie Blunk; father, Earl J. McGuire (Samantha); mother, Geraldine Cain; two brothers, Robert McGuire and Jody Ray McGuire; six grandchildren and several great grandchildren; and a host of friends survive. Schoppenhorst, Underwood and Brooks Funeral Home (Preston Hwy. at Brooks Rd.) was in charge of arrangements.
