Mr. David Rodney Minton, age 77, of Louisville, KY, returned to his Heavenly Father on Sunday, May 1, 2022. He was born on Friday, August 11, 1944 in Louisville, KY to the late Edward and Francis Minton. He was a member of Blue Lick Memorial Union Missionary Baptist Church and a Navy Veteran.
He leaves to cherish his memory, his loving wife, Sharon Minton; his son, Aaron David Minton; his siblings, Carolyn Jones, James Minton and Constance Paterson; along with a host of other family members and friends.
Funeral service will be conducted at 12pm Saturday, May 7, 2022 in the chapel of Blue Lick Memorial Union Missionary Baptist Church, with burial to follow at Penn Run Cemetery. Friends may pay their respects on Friday from 4pm until 8pm at the funeral home and on Saturday 11am until the time of his service at 12 pm at the church.
