David L. Nichols

Mr. Nichols was born January 22, 1944 in Milford, Delaware and was a sales manager for Lowe's for over 20 years. His greatest joy in life was his family, fishing and boating.

Among those who preceded him in death include, his son, David "Troy" Nichols and parents, David Walter and Evelyn Dean Nichols.

He leaves to cherish his memory, his wife of 50 years, Maryan Nichols; daughter, Jodi Arthur (Rick); four grandsons; four granddaughters; great grandson, Kaeson; siblings, Sharon Lee Hickman (Earl) and Terry L. Nichols both of Delaware; canine sons, Scotty, Jack and Kodi.

Friends may pay their respects from 4:00 pm until 8:00 pm on Saturday at Schoppenhorst Underwood and Brooks Funeral Home (Preston Hwy at Brooks Rd.; use John Harper entrance) with a memorial service at 6:00 pm in the chapel of Schoppenhorst.

Expressions of sympathy may be made to the American Cancer Society.
