Deborah “Debbie” Marie Vachter, age 64, of Shepherdsville, KY, returned to her Heavenly Father on Sunday, February 27, 2022, at Norton Audubon Hospital in Louisville. Debbie was born in Portland, Oregon on January 18, 1958, to the late Robert Weber, and Bertie (Peterson) Weber. Debbie spent most of her life in Oregon, and then about 4 years ago relocated to Shepherdsville, Kentucky to be closer to her brother. Debbie was a member of Maryville Baptist Church, she enjoyed WWF wrestling, she had several furry friends that she loved dearly Lucy, Gracie, and Sophie. Debbie was a diehard fan of the Portland Trail Blazers, and she loved her family dearly.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her brother, Robert Bracy, and sister Jackie Green.
She leaves to cherish her memory her husband Tim Vachter, son Stephen Williams (Monica), daughter Jamie Mantz (Jack), grandchildren, Stacy Williams, Avilon Mantz, and Skyler Mantz, brother Mike Weber, sister Kathy Mullins (Roy) along with a host of nieces, nephews, family, and friends.
Memorial services will be held at 2 p.m. on Saturday, March 19, 2022, in the chapel of Schoppenhorst, Underwood and Brooks Funeral Home (Preston Highway at Brooks Road). Cremation was chosen.
