Ms. Deborah Susan Belcher, age 76, of Louisville, Kentucky, passed away on Friday, February 6, 2026. She was born to the late William Joseph Cottner and Eullia (Cox) Cottner on February 6, 1950. Deborah was retired, enjoyed staying at home and hanging out with companion and fur baby Buttons. She was a loving and devoted mother, grandmother and sister. She will be truly missed by all who knew and loved her.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
She leaves to cherish her memories her two sons Tim Lutz (Tarrah), Jason Belcher (Nicole), four grandchildren Andy Lutz, Lexi Lutz, Katie-Ann Belcher, Loretta Belcher, two brothers Joe Cottner (Rita), Mike Cottner, one sister Carolyn Hennessey (Eric), along with a host of, nephews, and other dear family and friends. Cremation was chosen.
