Dennis Dale Cook

Dennis Dale Cook, age 74, of Shepherdsville, Kentucky returned to his Heavenly Father on Monday, May 24, 2021.  He was born in Louisville, Kentucky on October 10, 1946 to the late Perry Leo and Laura Mae Nation Cook.

Mr. Cook was preceded in death br his parents; children, Chris and Tiffany Cook; brothers. Tim and Steve Cook; great grandchildren, Lila Grace and Zachary.

He leaves to cherish his memory his  wife, Tina; son, Robert Carter (Brandee); daughter, Michele Grant (Mark); brother, Perry Cook (Diane); sister, Donna Kaye Cook; grandchildren, Sarah (Adam). McKenna (Brandon), Matthew, Megan, Isaac, Tiffany, Kylee Jo; great grandchildren Waylon and Preston ; and a host of other family and friends.

Funeral service will be held at 12 pm on Saturday, May 29, 2021 in the chapel of Schoppenhorst, Underwood and Brooks Funeral Home (Preston Hwy. at Brooks Rd.) with burial in Brookland Cemetery. Friends and Family may pay their respects on Friday from 12 pm until 8pm and Saturday after 10am
