Mr. Donald “Donnie” Lee Murphy III, age 35, of Louisville, Kentucky returned to his Heavenly Father on Friday, May 26, 2023. He was born on November 5, 1987 in Louisville, Kentucky to Donald Lee Murphy, Jr. and Paula Renee Richmond. He was an entrepreneur, working for himself, where he installed windows. Mr. Murphy III is preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, Donald Murphy, Sr; and aunt, Karen Murphy.
He leaves to cherish his memory his father, Donald Murphy, Jr.; mother, Paula Renee Richmond; sister, Desireé Murphy; brother, Coty Murphy; sister, Brooklyn Murphy; paternal grandmother, Frances Murphy; uncle, Rick Murphy; aunt, Sherilynn Murphy; and a host of loving nieces, nephews, family and friends.
Funeral service will be held on Monday, June 5, 2023 at 12:00pm Noon in the chapel of Schoppenhorst, Underwood and Brooks Funeral Home (Preston Hwy at Brooks Rd) with burial to follow. Family and friends may pay their respects on Sunday, June 4, 2023 from 3:00pm until 8:00pm and again on Monday from 10:00am until the time of service at 12:00pm Noon. Expressions of sympathy can be made to suicide awareness.
