Mr. Douglas Allen Evans, age 61 of Louisville, KY returned to his Heavenly Father on Wednesday, May 25, 2022. He was born in Louisville on November 2, 1960, to the late Billy and Judith Evans. He was a Baptist by faith and enjoyed hunting, fishing and being outdoors.
He leaves to cherish his memory his brother, Mike Evans (Shellie); his niece, Jillian Gunthrie and his nephew, Shelton Hall; his friends, Anna Bard (Daryall), Adrianna Bard and Larissa Bard; along with a host of other family members and friends.
Memorial services will be held at 5:00 pm Saturday, June 4, 2022 in the chapel of Schoppenhorst Underwood and Brooks Funeral Home (Preston Hwy at Brooks Rd). Visitations will be Saturday 2pm until time of service at 5 pm.
