Eddie Franklin May

Mr. Eddie Franklin May, age 35, of Shepherdsville, returned to his Heavenly Father on Wednesday, July 13, 2016. Mr. May was born in Cambridge, OH on July 22, 1980, he served the United States in the Army and he loved his family, his friends and fishing. More than anything, he loved his daughter, Sweetie. She was his life.

Among those who preceded him in death include, his father and grandfather.

He leaves to cherish his memory, his wife, Heather May; his daughter, Sophia May; mother, Emily Jimenez; grandmother, Betty "Big Mama" Jones; brothers, Jeremy Clark and Jason Clark (Stacy); numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and other family and friends who were like family to him.

Funeral service will be held at 10:00 am on Saturday, July 16, 2016 in the chapel of Schoppenhorst, Underwood and Brooks Funeral Home (Preston Hwy. at Brooks Rd.) with interment in Brookland Cemetery. Friends and family may pay their respects on Friday from 3:00 pm until 8:00 pm at Schoppenhorst, Underwood and Brooks. Expressions of sympathy may be made to the funeral home or to Special Olympics.
