Elisha Renae Flood Carnes, age 54, of Shepherdsville, Kentucky lost her battle with cancer while under Hospice Care on Saturday, October 24, 2026. She was a Registered Nurse and caregiver for 34 years.
She leaves behind her son, Brennen Carnes; her loving parents Robert and Nancy Flood; her sister, Kendra Lindsey (Bryan); and niece, Meghan Coop (Evan).
A Memorial service will take place at 2 pm on Saturday, November 7, 2026, at Schoppenhorst, Underwood and Brooks Funeral Home, 4895 N. Preston Hwy, in Shepherdsville. Family and friends may pay their respects from 11:30am till the time of service at 2pm.
