Frank Elmer Hicks

Frank Elmer Hicks age 92 of Shepherdsville was born August 6, 1920 to the late George and Sarah McLemore Hicks in Daviess County, Indiana. and returned to his Heavenly Father January 8, 2013. Mr. Hicks was an U.S. Navy veteran of World War II, a member of Victory Baptist Church and a retired maintenance worker for Fort Knox.

He leaves to cherish his memory his daughters, Juanita Jane Shepherd (Buddy), Betty Altic (Arland), Linda Tinnell (Larry) and Judy Baxter (Jim); son, Terry Hicks (Donna); sixteen grandchildren, 27 great grandchildren and one great- great grandchild; a host of other family and friends.

Funeral service will be held 12 P.M. Saturday at Victory Baptist Church, 4420 Ridge Road, Shepherdsville with interment in Hebron Cemetery. Friends may pay their respects from 11 A.M. until 8 P.M. Friday at Schoppenhorst, Underwood and Brooks (Preston Highway at Brooks Road) and after 10 A.M. Saturday at his Church.
