Glen Robert Mahan Jr.

Mr. Glen Robert Mahan, Jr., age 63, of Louisville, returned to his Heavenly Father on Monday, June 15, 2026. Glen was born in Louisville, KY on June 4, 1963 to the late Glen Robert Mahan, Sr. and Geraldine Spicer Mahan. Glen was a graduate of Southern High School. He enjoyed coaching baseball for his children. He found joy in sewing, crafts, and spending time with his grandkids.

In addition to his parents, his wife, Martha Mahan preceded him in death.

He leaves to cherish his memory, his children, Glen Robert Mahan, III (Diane), Anthony Kelley (Tiffany), Tracy Davis, Troy French (Diana), Scarlett Higdon (Andrew) and Dylan Cahoe (Laura); grandchildren, Hayleigh Jo Davis, Keegan James Kelley, Jaxon Alexander Davis, Glen Robert Mahan, IV. Connor Bryce Kelley, Jameson Edward Mahan, Ashton Orion French, Sophie Gaia French, Aurora Elaine Grace French, Elliott Nally, Dalton Higdon, Parker Higdon, Savanna Cahoe, Marcella Cahoe and Lucas Cahoe; great-grandchildren, Samson and Slater Cox; siblings, Debbie Sue Mahan, David Adam Mahan (Bridgid) and Harold James Mahan (Anne Marie) and a host of other dear family and friends.

Funeral service will be held at 5:00 pm on Sunday, June 28, 2026 in the chapel of Schoppenhorst, Underwood and Brooks Funeral Home (Preston Hwy. at Brooks Rd.) with cremation to follow. Friends and family may pay their respects on Sunday from 12:00 pm until the time of his service at 5:00 pm at the funeral home.

The family is incredibly grateful for the love and care from his nursing home facilities, and deeply appreciative to the ICU staff at Norton Women’s and Children’s Hospital.
