Gloria Faye Parker

Gloria Faye Parker, age 93, of Louisville, Kentucky returned to her Heavenly Father on Tuesday, June 24, 2025. She was born on August 27, 1931, in Jefferson County, Kentucky to the late Ollie and Amelia (Kahafer) Cravens. Gloria was a Baptist by faith. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Roy Parker, Sr.; son, Roy Parker, Jr. and daughter, Lana Bush. She leaves to cherish her memory, her daughters, Marion Martin (Paul) and Laura Cissell; son, Bobby Parker ( Angela) and a host of grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren. Funeral service will conducted on Monday, June 30, 2025, at 10:00 am in the chapel of Schoppenhorst, Underwood & Brooks Funeral Home (Preston Hwy. at Brooks Rd.) with interment in Mt. Tabor Cemetery. Family and friends may pay their respects on Sunday, June 29, 2025, from 1:00 pm until 8:00 pm and on Monday, June 30, 2025, from 9:00 am until the time of service at the funeral home.
