Ms. Heaven Star Hernandez, age 28, of Louisville, returned to her Heavenly Father on Saturday, June 25, 2022. Ms. Hernandez was born in Orlando, FL on August 1, 1993. She was a precious mother, daughter, sister, cousin and friend.
Among those who preceded her in death are, her grandfather Martin Guzman; grandmother Joann Bullis; stepbrother Billy Dezern; cousin John Wren and her aunt Beatrice Guzman.
She leaves to cherish her memory, her beautiful sons Alex Martin Dezern, Kendrick Dezern and Kyrie Sullivan; her loving parents Noemi and Mario Convenuto; siblings Mario Martin Convenuto, Angelique Suarez, Lina Suarez, Candi Suarez and Ieysha Hernandez; a host of other siblings of the Hernandez family; uncles Martin Guzman and Robert Torres; aunt Millie Guzman; several nieces and nephews; grandmother Marta Guttierrez and Ralphy Rodriguez; cousins Tommy and Josh and a host of other dear family and friends.
Funeral service will be held at 12:00 pm on Saturday, July 2, 2022 in the chapel of Schoppenhorst, Underwood and Brooks Funeral Home (Preston Hwy. at Brooks Rd.) with burial to follow at Brookland Cemetery. Friends and family may pay their respects on Friday from 1:00 pm until 8:00 pm and on Saturday from 11:00 am until the time of her service at noon at the funeral home.
