Helen was a beloved mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and friend. She will be remembered for her kindness, love of family, and the many special memories she shared with those closest to her.
Helen was preceded in death by her parents, Forest McKinley Moorman and Lyda Moorman; her beloved husband, George Lewis Hardin; her brother, Kenneth Moorman; and her sisters, Viola, Lucille Rome, Mary Frances Woosley, Virginia Moorman, and Laverne Soutiea.
She leaves to cherish her memory her five children: George Hardin Jr. (Audrey), Robert Hardin (Bonnie), William Hardin, Diana Hardin, and Mary Brock (Joey); 17 grandchildren and 29 great-grandchildren, along with her extended family and friends.
Her love and memory will forever remain in the hearts of her family and all who knew her. The memories she leaves behind will be treasured for generations to come.
A graveside service and burial will be held on Friday, October 30, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. at Highland Memory Gardens. Please meet at the cemetery.
Helen will be deeply missed and forever loved by her family and friends.
