Mr. Herbert David Breeding, age 74, of Louisville, Ky. returned to his Heavenly Father on Saturday, December 27, 2025 at home with his sons by his side. Herbert was born on April 17, 1951, in Ohio County, Indiana to the late Homer Breeding and Dorothy Muncy Breeding. Herbert was a retired truck driver.
He was preceded in death by his parents and some siblings.
He leaves to cherish his memory his sons, Michael Breeding (Dianna) and Eugene Breeding; grandchildren, Andrew, Chelsie, Lily, Destiny, Michael Jr., Joshua and Charley; great-grandchildren, Ally, Brayden, Ryder, Bella and Luka; several brothers and sisters and other dear family and friends.
A Funeral service will be held at 6:00 p.m. on Friday, January 9, 2026, in the chapel of Schoppenhorst, Underwood and Brooks Funeral Home (4895 N. Preston Hwy at Brooks Rd) with cremation to follow. Family and friends may pay their respects on Friday, January 9, 2026, from 10:00a.m. to 6:00p.m. at the funeral home
