James Douglas "Jim" Clements

Mr. Clements was born December 6, 1962 in Owensboro. He retired after 20 years of service as a Logistics Tech Sergeant from the United States Air Force who served during Desert Storm and was a Baptist by faith.

Among those who preceded him in death include, his grandfather, Douglas Fuqua and uncle, Danny Fuqua.

He leaves to cherish his memory, his children, James Douglas "Jimmy", Jr., Michael Thomas and Rebecca Mae Clements; parents, Jerry and Sylvia Porter, brother, Jerry Steven Porter (Becky); sisters, Angela Michelle Bush (Mark) and Sharon Dawn Frazier (Jamie); grandmother, Eva Mae Fuqua and several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.

Funeral service will be held at 10:00 am on Monday at Schoppenhorst Underwood and Brooks Funeral Home (Preston Hwy at Brooks Rd.) with burial in Kentucky Veterans Central Cemetery. Friends may pay their respects on Sunday from 1:00 pm until 8:00 pm and again on Monday from 9:00 am until the time of service at Schoppenhorst.
