Ogle, James L. age 83, of Shepherdsville returned to his Heavenly Father September 23, 2016 at his residence. He was retired from General Electric, a Kentucky Colonel, and member of Pro Bowl II bowling League. Those who preceded in death include his wife, Bonnie Ogle; parents, Elmer and Leona Hodge-Ogle; brother, Glenn Ogle; sisters, Shirley, Betty Jean; and faithful companion Peanut. Mr. Ogle leaves to cherish his memory, children, Danny (Marilyn) Ogle, Tim (Jimetta) Ogle, Theresa (Sammy) Allen, Steve Ogle, Karen (Terrell) Froman, Kym Ogle (Kevin Tucker), Jamie (April) Ogle; 21 grandchildren; 31 great grandchildren; 1 great great grandchild; and companion Harvick. Funeral Service will be conducted at 2 p.m. Monday September 26, 2016 in the chapel of Schoppenhorst, Underwood and Brooks Funeral Home (Preston Hwy and Brooks Rd) with burial in Brookland Cemetery.
