Jan-Marie Elizabeth Ford

Ms. Jan-Marie Elizabeth Ford, age 34, of Louisville, returned to her Heavenly Father on Monday, May 4, 2020. Ms. Ford was born on August 14, 1985 in Oakland, Maryland. She was a beloved mother, daughter, sister, granddaughter and niece. She loved her children dearly and will be greatly missed by her family and friends.

She was preceded in death by her grandmothers, Nellie Ford, Tina Burns and Doris Peters and her cousin, David Burns.

She leaves to cherish her memory, her mother, Sherry Hume (Jody); father, Terry Ford; children, Austin, Bailey and Aiden; sisters, Dawn Bush and Megan Ford; grandfather, Henry Burns and her aunt, Lisa Hagan.

Due to the Covid-19 virus, all services will be private and limited to close family. Schoppenhorst, Underwood and Brooks Funeral Home (Preston Hwy. at Brooks Rd.) has been entrusted with the arrangements.
