She leaves to mourn her daughters Tanya Sales Arnold (Glenn) of Louisville, Amanda Tanner (David) of Chicago and Anna Tanner. Her granddaughter Jacqueline Rose (Sam) and her grandson Matthew Arnold; Her pride and joy- her beloved great grand baby and namesake, Poppy Jane Rose; Her sister Tonya Allen Hines (Alan, whom she considered her brother) and nieces Katherine and Lauren Hagan that she was a surrogate grandmother to, Billie Smith and Chrissy Allen; Her two cats, along with many loved cousins and friends.
Jane was an amazing cook, gardener, avid UK fan and friend. She attended Jefferson Community and Technical College and worked at Humana and NPC until she became the full-time caretaker of her special needs daughter. She loved animals and was met at the rainbow bridge by her beloved dog, Lucy.
Jane was a firm believer in eternal life and was a devout Christian with a strong faith. Her growth as a loving and strong woman as her life progressed are remarkable. We are certain that she heard “Well done, my good and faithful servant.” when she faced Jesus on Thursday morning.
