Janet Marie Phelps

Janet M. Phelps, age 65, of Shepherdsville, Kentucky returned to her Heavenly Father on April 5, 2023. She was a retired nurse from Henderson Hospital, Henderson, KY. Janet was born in Louisville, Kentucky on February 24, 1958, to the late James and Geneva Kidd. She is preceded in death by her parents; son, Steven Crowley; sister, Dana Henderson. Janet leaves to cherish her memory her husband, Michael Bruce Phelps; daughter, Christina Phelps; sister, Vickie Cawthon (Mark); three grandchildren, Steven, Cody and Shy; two great grandchildren; and a host of other family and friends. Funeral service will be held at 10 am on Tuesday, March 11, 2023, in the chapel of Schoppenhorst, Underwood and Brooks Funeral Home (Preston Hwy. at Brooks Rd.) with burial in Hebron Cemetery. Friends and Family may pay their respects on Monday from 1 pm until 8 pm and on Tuesday from 9 am until time of service at the funeral home.
