Jeffrey Michael Burkhead age 42 was born February 24, 1972 and returned to his Heavenly Father March 28, 2014. Mr. Burkhead was a forklift operator for Ford Motor Company, a member of the UAW Local 862 and Apostolic Pentecostal by faith.
Among those who preceded him in death include his grandparents, James Arlo Burkhead, James and Evelyn Nicolas.
He leaves to cherish his memory his loving daughter, Josie Leigh Burkhead and her mother, Jennifer Jones Burkhead; parents, James Lloyd Sr. and Mary Nicolas Burkhead; brothers, James Lloyd Jr. (Suzanne) and Gregory Alan Burkhead (Misty); grandmother, Esther Maude Burkhead; fiancée, Monica Claus and her sons, Brayden and Aaron; a host of other family and friends.
Funeral service will be held 12 P.M. Tuesday at Schoppenhorst Underwood and Brooks (Preston Highway at Brooks Road) with interment in Brookland Cemetery. Friends may pay their respects from 1 P.M. until 8 P.M. Monday at Schoppenhorst.
