Jimmie Lee Parrish, Jr.

Mr. Jimmie Lee Parrish, Jr., age 63, of Shepherdsville, Kentucky returned to his Heavenly Father on Monday, November 28, 2022. Mr. Parrish, Jr. was born on September 16, 1959 in Louisville, Kentucky. He worked in auto parts sales. Mr. Parrish, Jr. was Baptist by faith. One of his greatest joys was spending time with his family whom he loved deeply. He would get so excited to find yet another family member while reseaching his family tree. He was fun loving and always laughing with his family and friends. With a big heart and bigger smile he was caring and giving to everyone he knew. He also enjoyed stock car and figure 8 racing and watching Nascar races. He leaves to cherish his memory his loving wife, Karen Parrish; sons Jimmie Lee Parrish III, Robert Joseph Parrish; granddaughters, Alexis and Raven; parents, Jimmie Lee Parrish, Sr. (Judy) and Elizabeth Arnold; brother, Jay Parrish (Quita); sister, Laura Beauford (Clarence); cousin, Gary Vittitow (Robin); and a host of nieces, nephews, family and friends. Memorial service will be held Tuesday, December 06, 2022 at 1:00pm in the chapel of Schoppenhorst, Underwood and Brooks Funeral Home (Preston Hwy at Brooks Rd).
