John Wesley Crosby

John Wesley Crosby, age 56, of Louisville, Kentucky returned to his Heavenly Father on Saturday, December 11, 2021. John was born December 31, 1964. John was a member of Canaan Christian Church and a 1983 graduate of Bullitt Central High School. He was an avid Louisville Cardinal fan and Pittsburg Steelers fan. He loved cars, collecting Tonka trucks, riding motorcycles and time with his family. He is preceded in death by his mother, Linda Swearingen, his nephew Travis Greathouse and great nephew Zarek Hearn.

He leaves to cherish his memory his children, Blake Irvin, Clifton Tinsley, Johnathan Tinsley and Johnica Crosby; his father, Leander Crosby; his siblings, Pamela Todd, Barbara Covington, Michelle Crosby, Leander Crosby (Cierra), Terry Crosby (Misty), Patricia Hunter (Louis), Morris Crosby, Courtney Crosby, Shane Crosby, Tre Crosby, Kamesha Griffith (Bob), Kelsey Crosby and Andrew Crosby; along with a host of nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

Funeral service will be held at 12pm on Monday, December 20, 2021, in the chapel of Schoppenhorst, Underwood and Brooks Funeral Home (Preston Hwy. at Brooks Rd.) with burial to follow at Highland Memory Gardens. Friends and Family may pay their respects on Sunday from 3 pm until 8 pm and Monday 10 am until time of service at the funeral home.
