Joshua Hall

Joshua Brent “Josh” Hall, age 30, of Louisville, Kentucky returned to his Heavenly Father on Sunday, May 24, 2026. He was born on October 11, 1995, in Louisville, Kentucky. Josh enjoyed video games, hanging out with his friends and fishing. He was an “on-the-go” kind of guy. He would show up anytime to help his family and friends. Josh was an avid U of K and Denver Broncos fan. Spending time with his family, especially his nieces and nephews, where he was affectionately known as “Uncle DooDoo”, is what Josh held most dear to his heart. He was preceded in death by his father, Troy William Hall.

Those left to cherish and honor his memory are his sister, Jacqueline Stone (Kyle); brother, Jake Hall; grandmother, Ada Hall; grandfathers, Billy Hall (Dorothy) and Tony Mudd; nephews, Leelynd, Levi and Bodhi; nieces, Leeannah, Denver and Thea; aunts, Cathy Fletcher (Jeff), Alicia Skidmore (Jason) and Melissa Sims (Steve); uncle, Robbie Hall (Kelli); cousins, Austin Hall (Daelin), Dylan Hall and Nathan Hall (Kim) and a host of other family and friends.

A celebration of Josh’s life will be held on Wednesday, June 3, 2026, at 7:00 pm in the chapel of Schoppenhorst, Underwood & Brooks Funeral Home (4895 N. Preston Hwy. Shepherdsville, KY 40165.) with cremation to follow. Family and friends may pay their respects on Wednesday, June 3, 2026, from 1:00 pm until 7:00 pm at the funeral home.
