Joshua David Waters

Joshua “Josh” David Waters, age 41, of Louisville, returned to his Heavenly Father on Sunday, December 18, 2022. Josh was born in Hillview, KY on August 7, 1981 and he attended Victory Baptist Church. He also attended Options Unlimited and Kaleidoscope Day Programs. He was a golden light and loving to everyone who crossed his path.

Among those who preceded him in death are, his grandparents, Charles and Ada Waters and James and Marsha Murray.

He leaves to cherish his memory, his mother, Debra Sams (Paul); his father, Larry Waters; sister, Dana Brown (Troy); nephews, Jacob and Jonah Brown and a host of other dear family and friends.

Friends and family may pay their respects from 11:00 am until 2:00 pm on Thursday, December 22, 2022 at Schoppenhorst, Underwood and Brooks Funeral Home (Preston Hwy. at Brooks Rd.) with a service starting at 1:30pm.

Private burial will follow at Brookland Cemetery.
