Judy Marie Pryor

Judy Marie Pryor, age 74, of Louisville, Ky passed away peacefully on Sunday, October 19, 2025, with her family by her side. Judy was born in Louisville, Kentucky on May 23, 1951, to the late Herman Stinson and Rose (Matherly) Stinson. Judy was a member of Gospel Kingdom Pentecostal Church. She was a loving housewife, mother and grandmother, sister and friend.  She enjoyed casinos, traveling to Gatlinburg, and Florida. However, most of all she enjoyed going to her church and spending time with her family and friends. She will be truly missed by all who knew and loved her.  

She was preceded in death by her parents, late husband Donald Keith Pryor Sr., 2 sons Robert Bartley, Donald Keith Pryor Jr., daughter Cathy Lynn Pryor, and numerous brothers and one sister.

She is survived by her daughters Connie Pryor, Rose Rutter, and Betty Jo Sizemore (Josh), 14 grandchildren, and many great-grandchildren, brother Samuel Stinson (Terry).  Along with a host of nieces, nephews, and other dear family and friends.

A Funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 1, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. at Schoppenhorst Underwood & Brooks Funeral Home (4895 N. Preston Hwy, at John Harper Freeway). The visitation will be held on Friday, October 31, 2025, from 12:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. and again Saturday morning from 9:00 a.m. until the time of service. Burial to follow at Evergreen Cemetery.
