June Wilson

Mrs. June Wilson, age 89, of Louisville, Kentucky returned to her Heavenly Father on Saturday, December 25, 2021. She was born on April 23, 1932 in Brownsville, Kentucky. She enjoyed shopping, animals and time with her family and friends. She was preceded in death by her husband, Graden Wilson; her parents, Arthur and Katherine Higgs; her siblings, Arthur Higgs and Wilma Embry.

She leaves to cherish her memory her son, Rory Wilson (Tonya); grandchildren, Caleb and Nicole; great-grandchildren Joslyn and Layton; along with a host of nephews, nieces, family and friends.

Funeral service will be held Thursday, December 30, 2021 at 2:00pm in the chapel of Schoppenhorst, Underwood and Brooks Funeral Home (Preston Hwy at Brooks Rd). Family and friends may pay their respects on Thursday from 10:00am until the time of service.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to St. Jude Hospital and the Louisville Humane Society.
