Kathleen "Kathy" Susan Reid

Mrs. Kathleen “Kathy” Susan Reid, age 70, of Shepherdsville, returned to her Heavenly Father on Saturday, December 28, 2024. Mrs. Reid was born in Louisville, KY on April 21, 1954 to the late Margaret Lucille Robertson Koehler and Edward Koehler. She was a devoted member of St. Luke Catholic Church. 

In addition to her parents, her daughter, Jessica Reid and brother, Phillip Koehler preceded her in death.

She leaves to cherish her memory, her loving husband, Phillip Reid Jr.; children, Jennifer Cornell (Chad) and Andrew Reid Sr. (Jennifer); grandchildren, Andrew Reid Jr. and James Reid; sisters, Paula Keppie and Melissa Hawkins and a host of other dear family and friends.

Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:00 am on Friday, January 3, 2025 at St. Luke Catholic Church (4211 Jim Hawkins Dr., Louisville, KY 40229) with burial to follow at Brookland Cemetery. Friends and family may pay their respects on Thursday, January 2, 2025 from 2:00 pm until 8:00 pm at Schoppenhorst, Underwood and Brooks Funeral Home (Preston Hwy. at Brooks Rd.)

Expressions of sympathy may be made to Wells of Life, The American Cancer Society or to St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital.
