Kathy Ann Bevins, age 64, passed away peacefully on May 8, 2026 at Baptist Health Louisville. She was born September 9, 1961, in Louisville, Ky.. Kathy was the daughter of the late Charles William Case, Sr. and Annie Irene Loyall Case. She was preceded in death by her parents; brother, Charles William Case, Jr.; sister, Deborah Ballew. Survivors include her husband, Allen Bevins; son, James Allen Bevins; five brothers, David Thomas Case (Wanda), Jimmy Lee Case (Karen), Donald Case (Joan), Garry Case (Debbie) and Larry Case (Monica); and a host of family and friends. Funeral service will be at 6 p.m. Thursday, May 14, 2026, in the chapel at Schoppenhorst Underwood & Brooks Funeral Home (4895 N. Preston Highway), with burial in Highland Memory Gardens, Mt. Washington, Ky. Family and friends may pay their respects on Thursday, May 14, 2026, from 1 pm until time of service. Burial will be private.
