Kayla Marie Cox

Ms. Kayla Marie Cox, age 23, of Shepherdsville, returned to her Heavenly Father on Wednesday, January 22, 2020. She was born in Louisville, KY on July 30, 1996 and graduated from Bullitt Central High School.

She leaves to cherish her memory, her mother, Stephanie L. Miller; father, Tony D. Cox; siblings, Nathan Cheatham, Gracie Newman, Waylan Cox and Coltan Cox; maternal grandparents, Marion Shaw and Terry Campanell; paternal grandparents, Kathy and Sonny Cox; a host of aunts, uncles, cousins and other dear family and friends.

Funeral service will be held at 2:00 pm on Monday, January 27, 2020 in the chapel of Schoppenhorst, Underwood and Brooks Funeral Home, Mt. Washington (Highway 44 East at 123 Winning Colors Dr.) with burial to follow at Mt. Washington Cemetery. Friends may pay their respects on Sunday from 1:00 pm until 8:00 pm and on Monday from 12:00 pm until 2:00 pm at the funeral home.
