Kenneth Wayne Harper

Mr. Kenneth Wayne Harper, age 60, of Louisville, returned to his Heavenly Father on Friday, June 4, 2021.  Mr. Harper was born on August 15, 1960 to the late Joan Teresa (Farshee) and Earl Wayne Harper. Mr. Harper was an air handler for UPS. Among those that preceded him in death are his parents; sister, Patty Harper; and brother, Jimmy Harper.

He leaves to cherish his memory, his wife, Melinda (Carrier) Harper; daughters, Mistie Whiteside (David Nalley) and Jessica Harper; grandchildren, Dylan and Rylee Nalley; sisters-in-law, Denise Carrier (Steve) and Vicki Carrier Ware (Lee); and his loving sidekick and canine companion, Bruno.

In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy may be made to the family.

Funeral service will be held on Wednesday, June 9, 2021 at 11 am in the chapel of Schoppenhorst, Underwood and Brooks Funeral Home Mount Washington (123 Winning Colors Drive) with interment to follow at Brookland Cemetery. Friends may pay their respects on Tuesday from 2 pm until 8 pm and on Wednesday from 9 am until the time of the service at the funeral home.
