Kevin Mutabazi, age 29, of Louisville, Kentucky, entered eternal life on Sunday, June 28, 2026. Kevin was born January 1, 1997, in Kalemi, Democratic Republic of Congo, to the late Muhizi Zacharia and Mother Anna Bubu. He was a member of Horebu Christian Church, he enjoyed singing, jogging, and spending time with his family and friends. He will be truly missed by all who knew and loved him.
He was preceded in death by his father Muhizi Zacharia and brother Alphonse Munega.
He leaves to cherish his memory, his mother, Anna Bubu; brother, Richard Izabe (Alice), sisters, Nyantore Nyandagije, Jolie Nyasine (Clement), Josephine Nyanzaninka (Byabagabo) and Aline Nyabaterurwa (Richard), along with a host of nieces and nephews and other dear family and friends.
Funeral service will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, July 10, 2026, in the chapel of Schoppenhorst, Underwood and Brooks Funeral Home (Preston Hwy. at Brooks Rd.) with burial to follow at Brookland Cemetery. There will be no Public Viewing or Visitation.
