Larry Edward Moran

Mr. Larry Edward Moran, age 75, of Radcliff, KY, originally of Greensburg, KY, returned to his Heavenly Father on June 7, 2022. Mr. Moran was born on March 23, 1947, in Louisville, KY to the late Edward Moran and Dorothy Clark. He worked for over 20 years as a police officer with LMPD before retiring. Larry was an avid UK fan, NASCAR watcher, and loved watching Friends. His favorite pastime was spending time with his family and grandchildren. He was a member and worship leader at Longview Methodist Church. Larry will be truly missed and will forever live in our hearts. Among those that preceded him in death are his parents, and sister, Wanda Moran Young.

He leaves to cherish his memory his loving wife of 43 years, Vicki Moran; daughters, Kim Ebersold (Steve), Kellye Moran, and Michelle Wurtsmith; grandchildren, Joseph, Taylor (Michael), Emily, Dylan, Jaydon, and Kayeleigh; great-grandson, Noah; and brother, Mickey Moran.

Funeral service will be conducted at 4 pm on Sunday, June 12, 2022, in the chapel of Schoppenhorst, Underwood and Brooks Funeral Home (Preston Highway and Brooks Road) with cremation to follow. Larry wishes to spend eternity at the beach, so his ashes will be spread at a Florida beach at a later date.
