Lawerence Joseph Baker

Mr. Lawerence Joseph Baker, age 77, of Lebanon Junction, Kentucky, returned to his Heavenly Father on Friday, February 3, 2023. He was born on September 9, 1945 in Louisville, Kentucky. Mr. Baker loved going to the pawn shop and talking to everyone. Nobody was a stranger around him. He was a kindhearted, passionate man. He loved watching his TV shows and working on cars when he could. Mr. Baker is preceded in death by his parents, Joseph and Ollie Jane Baker; wife, Judy Baker; and sister, Linda Baker.

He leaves to cherish his memory his son, Christopher Baker (Scott Applegate); grandson, Alex Baker; granddaughter, Candice Taylor; great grandchild, Carter Taylor; brothers, Mark and Paul Baker; along with a host of friends.

Memorial service will be held Thursday, February 9, 2023 at 2:00pm in the chapel of Schoppenhorst, Underwood and Brooks Funeral Home (Preston Hwy at Brooks Rd) with inurnment to follow at Brookland Cemetery. Family and friends may pay their respects on Thursday from 10:00am until the time of service at 2:00pm.
