She was preceded in death by her grandparents, J T Hornback, Joseph and Mary Heun.
She leaves to cherish her memory, her parents, David and Sandra Heun; children, Jonathan and Addison; siblings, Tammy Brown (Andrew), David Heun (Emily), Andrea Lambrechts (Ben) and Joshua Heun (Sara); grandmother, Mae Hornback; nieces, Alexandria, Grace, Lillian, Lydia and Emma; nephews, Jacob, Connor, Boden, Liam and Jaden.
Funeral service will be held at 10 a.m. on Saturday, October 19, 2019 in the chapel of Schoppenhorst, Underwood and Brooks Funeral Home (Preston Hwy. at Brooks Rd.) with burial in Brookland Cemetery.
