Louis Mitch Luckett

Louis “Mitch”  Luckett, age 72, of Louisville, Kentucky returned to his Heavenly Father on Thursday, January 27, 2022.  He retired from Aviation Authority as a fire fighter. He was born in Loretto, Kentucky on March 1, 1949, to the late Bertrand Luckett and Evelyn Marie Spalding Luckett. Mitch is preceded in death by  his parents; son Brian Luckett; brothers, Stephen and Gary Luckett; sisters, Martha L. Luckett ,Mary McNatt, Judy L Poston, and  Michelle Graybeal; and a brother-in-law, Roy Bruner. Mitch leaves to cherish his memory his, sisters, Connie Chiszar (Paul), Linda Bruner, Debbie Taylor and Paula Teague; brother, Gerald Luckett (Judy Hill); and numerous nieces and nephews.  Cremation was chosen. Schoppenhorst, Underwood and Brooks Funeral Home (Preston Hwy. at Brooks Rd.) was entrusted with arrangements. No services at this time.
