Martha Lee Hagan

Mrs. Martha Lee Hagan, age 85, of Louisville, Ky passed away peacefully on Monday, January 13, 2025, with her family by her side. She was born in Louisville, Kentucky on October 2, 1939, to the late Henry Clay Kincade Sr., and Frances (Dickman) Kincade. Martha was a caring and devoted wife, mother, and Nana. She liked traveling “especially to Hawaii”, enjoyed University of Kentucky basketball, keeping her house immaculate and running a tight ship. Martha will be truly missed by all who knew and loved her.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her late husband of 60 years Henry Gene Hagan, her son Michael Hagan, sisters Jane, Margaret, Carol, brothers Jimmy, Jack, and Junior.  

She is survived by her two daughters Deborah Allen (Richard), Pamela Hardin (Clem), five grandchildren Joshua Allen (Elizabeth), Matthew Allen (Sophie), Andrew Hagan (Kristin), Sidney Oelschlager (Anthony), Brandon Merideth (Kylie), eight great-grandchildren Lola, Renesmee, Skylar, Nova, Richard, Rowen, Emma, and soon to arrive Ryder, brother George Kincade, along with a host of nieces, nephews, and other dear family and friends.

A Funeral service will be held on Monday, January 20, 2025, at 2:00 p.m. in the chapel at Schoppenhorst Underwood & Brooks Funeral Home (4895 N. Preston Hwy, at John Harper Freeway). Visitation will be held on Monday, January 20, 2025, from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service. Burial to follow in Brookland Cemetery.
