Mary Frances Knight

Mary Knight age 71, of Louisville, Kentucky returned to her Heavenly Father on Monday, August 10, 2020.  Mary was born in Prestonsburg, Kentucky on July 7, 1949 to the late Oid and Gracie “Laferty” Thomas. She is preceded in death by her husband, Ivey David Knight; parents; grandchildren, Brittany and Mary Rosaline. She leaves to cherish her memory her children, Sheila (Zach), Melissa, Ivy, Anthony, Wendy (Terry), Eric, and Naomi (Paul); grandchildren, Nina, Joseph, Audrey, Serina, Autumn, Samantha, Kristen, April, Amber, Ariel, Aniyah, Davien, Kendalyn, Skylah, and Isabella; great grandchildren, Ezra, Damon, Lydia, Layton, Landon, Koralynn, Kaiser, Kashton; and a host of other family and friends. Funeral service will be held at 7pm on Sunday, August 16, 2020 in the chapel of Schoppenhorst, Underwood and Brooks Funeral Home (Preston Hwy. at Brooks Rd.) with burial at 10am on Monday August 17, 2020 in Penn Run Cemetery. Friends and Family may pay their respects on Sunday from 12pm until time of service at the funeral home.
