Ms. Mary Katherine Roberts, age 87, of Louisville, Kentucky returned to her Heavenly Father on Saturday, April 8, 2023. She was born in Tennessee on December 2, 1935. Ms. Roberts worked as a secretary for Murphy and Marks Law Firm. She was Christian in faith and attended Okolona Christian Church. Ms. Roberts is preceded in death by her parents, M.R and Mary C (Simmons) McGowan; and 2 brothers, Arthur and Mack McGowan.
She leaves to cherish her memory her dear friend and caregiver, Denise Cambron (Joseph); surrogate grandchild, AJ Cambron; and dear friends, Linda DeMuth and Laura Johnson.
Cremation has been chosen, there will be no services planned at this time. Schoppenhorst, Underwood and Brooks Funeral Home (Preston Hwy at Brooks Rd) are in care of the arrangements.
