Mary Linda Thomas, age 77, of Louisville, Kentucky returned to her Heavenly Father on Wednesday, April 1, 2026. She was born in Louisville on November 19, 1948 to the late William Avery and Margie Brooks Avery. She is preceded in death by her parents and her husband, Danny Ray Thomas, Sr. She leaves to cherish her memory her children, Danny Ray Thomas, Jr. (Vanessa), Kevin Thomas (Bethany Barnett) and Roger Wilkerson (Kelley); brothers, Wayne Avery (Julie) and Tony Avery (Donna); grandchildren, Addison Thomas (Candace), Amber Threlkel (Brady), Alexi Thomas, Sadie McDonald (Noah), Seth Barnett, Jackson Wilkerson (Megan), Shelby Hale (Parker) and Christian Wilkerson; great grandchildren, Lillian, Emma, Colton, Parker, Kaleb, Karter, Weston, Riley and Colter ;and a host of other relatives and friends. Schoppenhorst, Underwood and Brooks Funeral Home (Preston Hwy. at Brooks Rd.) were entrusted with arrangements. Cremation was chosen.
