Mr. Michael C. Fields, age 40, of Louisville, returned to his Heavenly Father on Monday, March 4, 2014. Mr. Fields was a member of the YMCA and the Louisville Zoo, both where he loved to spend time with his children.
He leaves to cherish his memory, his fiancé, Lynnette Cox; children, Austin, Michael, and Alexis Cox, Ashton Brook Cooper and Brook Montgomery; mothers, Lillie Wright and Lisa Cahill; father, Glen Fields and a host of other family and friends.
Friends may pay their respects on Friday, March 7, 2014 at Schoppenhorst, Underwood and Brooks Funeral Home (Preston Hwy. at Brooks Rd.) from 4:00 pm until 8:00 pm. Family and friends may meet at Louisville Memorial Gardens West for a committal service on Saturday at 11:00 am at the mausoleum chapel. Entombment will follow.
