There are so many wonderful memories that I have of my Uncle Mike. He was the most caring, compassionate and loving person. I loved his laugh, his humbleness and silly enough, his handwriting! I pray that he will continue to watch over us now, as he did since I was an infant. Uncle Mike came into my life when I was about 4 months old and since that day, he made an impression on my heart! His boys were extremely important to him and I will continue to keep them close as well! Rest in peace, Uncle Mikey!

The world lost a Angel on January 2nd. There are many people in my family who have a heart of gold, but none bigger than my Uncle Mike. He struggled with health issues later on in life, but that didn't keep him from showing unconditional love to his two boys, Christopher and Shane. I last saw him Christmas morning, and although he was going thru whatever he was going through, he was only worried about making us comfortable..That was Mike in a nutshell...always thinking of others. Mike, you were my hero when I was growing up, and you are still a hero of mine. I will love you and miss you always. and will continue to show my love to your two boys, if ever they need anything from me or any of us...don't you worry about a thing..

My heartfelt wishes of sorrow and sadness go to his family!  my response when I read the headlines were OH NO! let me explain. I was able to email mike back few years ago, when Stuart set up there website.  It was so great that he took the time to message me.....back in school we were good friends and he was always so encouraging and kind to me, always. geezzz...I use to pour my heart out to him like you would a girlfriend!!!!  so in our messaging we shared those days....and he was still encouraging!!! same as always.....we shared our life histories, some that is. Anyway please know that I am so sorry and I will be praying for all of you. even after all of these years, his life surely impacted mine for the good......rest in peace mike.

I met Michael when I was 16,  we dated off and on for 7 years, then we married in 1985.  Christopher was born July 11, 1988.  It was the best thing ever,  Almost 5 years later we were Blessed to have another son, Shane was born June 21, 1993.  He made our family complete.  Although, Michael and I divorced, I never stopped caring.  I was honored to know him for almost 36 years.  He taught and helped me grow up and to finish high school when I thought about dropping out.  Michael, please watch over our boys.  I know you Loved them and your Grandson, Alexander Michael very much!  May you Rest In Peace!  Love, Maureen

Eddie and famiy  I am so sorry for your loss. I remember Mike at Ms Ordaz's house and being so friendly. Did not get to know him to personally as "we" were much younger. God has a place for all of us. Bless you and your family.  Kathy
