Mildred Louise Fosberg Garrett

Mrs. Mildred Louise Fosberg Garrett, age 95 of Louisville returned to her Heavenly Father on August 20, 2016. Mrs. Garrett was a homemaker and a member of Valley View Baptist Church. Among those that preceded her in death include her parents, William and Vera Shelton Fosberg; husband, John Porter Garrett; and sisters, Geneva Houser, Anna Laura Riley and Charlene Waters. She leaves to cherish her memory her son, Kenneth Garrett (Theresa); grandchildren, Lindsay Fegenbush (Matthew), Stephan Garrett (Heather) and Christina Hardesty (Daniel); great-grandchildren, Will and Kate, Copeland, Olivia and Ellie; brother, Charles Fosberg (Doris); and a host of nieces, nephews, family and friends.

Funeral service will be conducted at 10 am on Tuesday, August 23, 2016 in the chapel of Schoppenhorst, Underwood and Brooks Funeral Home (Preston Highway at Brooks Road) with interment in Brookland Cemetery.
