Mrs. Norma C. Baker, age 86, of Louisville, returned to her Heavenly Father on Tuesday, March 4, 2025. Mrs. Baker was born in Carroll County, Virginia on August 11, 1938 to the late Preston J. Conerly and Shirley J. Conerly. She lived a life of grace and compassion that was a testament to family and friends. She retired from the Internal Revenue Service after 40 years of service.
In addition to her parents, her first husband, Cecil G. Julian Jr.; her second husband, James P. Baker Jr. and brother-in-law, Jack L. Cook preceded her in death.
She leaves to cherish her memory, her son, Cecil G. Julian III; daughter-in-law, Kathryn S. West; grandchildren, Paul Edward Julian and Emily Diane Julian; great-granddaughter, Leanora Margaret Julian; sister, June C. Cook; niece, Jeanne Elizabeth Yenco; nephew, John L. Cook and a host of other dear family members and friends.
A graveside service will be held at 1:00 pm on Saturday, March 15, 2025 at Oak Ridge Memorial Park (1501 Bethel Valley Road, Oak Ridge, TN).
