Norma "Jean" Davis

Mrs. Norma "Jean" (Duff) Davis, age 83, of Shepherdsville, KY, returned to her Heavenly Father on Thursday, January 23, 2025. She was born in Smiths Grove, Kentucky on August 10, 1941, to the late Hollie Duff and Mary Virginia (Connor) Duff. Norma was a homemaker, a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. She loved spending time with her family and friends. Norma enjoyed her Vegas trips with her daughter and friends. She loved music, played guitar, dulcimer and loved to sing. She was funny and always up for a good time. She was a member of Zion United Baptist Church, where she was saved and baptized at a young age. 

She was preceded in death by her parents, Hollie and Mary Duff, and  siblings, Carolyn Jacoby, Hazel Duke, Evelyn Bushey, Margaret Davis, Robert Perry Duff, Judy Tibbs, Mary Helen Tibbs, Bill Duff, and Dorothy Jean Duff. 

She leaves to cherish her memory, her loving husband, Robert Davis; daughter, Regana Hunt (Steve); grandchildren, Elizabeth Hunt and Steven Hunt; great-grandchild, Vincent Webster; siblings, Dean Duff (Alice), Sue Kendall (Gary) and Gary Duff (Sherry)and other dear family and friends. 

 A Funeral service will be conducted at 5:00pm on Saturday, February 1, 2025, in the chapel of Schoppenhorst, Underwood and Brooks Funeral Home, (Preston Hwy at Brooks Rd.) with cremation to follow. Family and friends may pay their respects on Saturday, February 1, 2025, from 11:00 a.m. until the time of service, at 5:00 p.m.
