Patricia was born in Louisville, Kentucky on November 6, 1940, to the late Peter Muntan and Mary Agnes Haffenbreidel Muntan. She was a devoted member of Evangel World Prayer Center and dedicated her life to nurturing and caring for her family. Patricia will be remembered for her faith, kindness, and deep devotion to those she loved.
In addition to her parents, her beloved husband, Maurice Adcock preceded her in death.
She leaves to cherish her memory, her children, Karen Duvall (Tommy) and Mark Adcock (Vicki); grandchildren, Jennifer Lynn, Lauren Russ (Mark) and Matt Adcock (Karisa); great-grandchildren, Abigail, Rebekah, Nova, Olivia and Addison; brothers, Charles Muntan (Jeannie) and Pete Muntan (Judy) and a host of other dear family and friends.
Funeral service will be held at 12:00 pm on Friday, May 29, 2026 in the chapel of Schoppenhorst, Underwood and Brooks Funeral Home (Preston Hwy. at Brooks Rd.) with burial to follow at Highland Memory Gardens. Friends and family may pay their respects on Friday from 9:00 am until the time of service at 12:00 pm at the funeral home.
