Phyllis Jean Lincoln

Mrs. Lincoln was born in Akron, OH in 1942 to the late James and Geraldine Lambright. She later moved to Louisville, KY and graduated from Waggener High School. Mrs. Lincoln was a member of Highview Baptist Church. She loved her family and her dog, Jake. She also loved watching  Kentucky Wildcat basketball games.

She was preceded in death by her two baby boys, Brian Gilbert and Glen Allen Kapfhammer.

She leaves to cherish her memory, her husband of almost 31 years, Warren Lincoln; her loving children, Kerry Kapfhammer (Mary), Kim Hornbeck (Kevin) and Angie Shultz (Steve); sister, Joyce Marach (Jim); brothers, James Lambright (Renee) and David Lambright (Jean); step children, Jim Lincoln (Candy), John Lincoln (Trisha) and Michelle Lincoln (Wayne); grandchildren, Shelbi Kapfhammer, Stephen Hornbeck (Carli), Apryl Kapfhammer, Andrew Pendragon and Lucas Shultz; great-grandchild, Harper Jean Hornbeck, and many step grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Memorial service will be held in the chapel of Schoppenhorst Underwood and Brooks Funeral Home, 4895 N. Preston Hwy., Shepherdsville, KY 40165 on Friday, September 27, 2019 at 12:00 pm. Visitation will be held on Thursday, September 26, 2019 from 3:00 pm until 8:00 pm at the funeral home. Expressions of sympathy may take the form of contributions to WHAS Crusade for Children.
