Ronald L. Fint

Mr. Ronald (Ronnie) Lee Fint, age 75, of Fairdale, Kentucky, passed away on Wednesday, March 11, 2026, with his family by his side. Ronnie was born in Louisville, Kentucky, on October 31, 1950, to the late Lester Fint and Norma (Moorman) Fint. He retired after 30 plus years of service as a laborer for Labor International, he was a devoted Dad and Poppy, and Papaw, and friend. He was an avid University of Kentucky fan, he loved to play golf, spend time at Hoops and drink a cold bottle of Bud Light. He enjoyed spending time at the Kentucky Derby watching the racehorses and enjoying the Derby Festivities. Most of all he enjoyed spending time with his family and friends. He will be truly missed by all who knew and loved him.

He was preceded in death by his parents, brother Donnie Fint, sister Kathey Goodlet.

He leaves to cherish his memories his daughter Nikki Perez, sons Ronnie Fint, John Fint, grandchildren Johnny Larison, Shelby Dennison, Ashley Larison, Lexi Stodghill, Gabriel Perez, Tia Fint, Peyton Fint, Hannah Fint, Malena Fint, great-grandchildren Rhett Dennison, River Dennison, Brothers Gary Fint (Beverly), Kenny Fint (Suzie), sister Janice Harvey, along with a host of nieces, nephews, and other dear family and friends.

A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, March 17, 2026, at 12:00 p.m. in the chapel at Schoppenhorst Underwood & Brooks Funeral Home (4895 N. Preston Highway at John Harper Freeway). Visitation will be held on Monday, March 16, 2026, from 1:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. and again Tuesday, March 17, 2026, from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service. Burial to follow at Evergreen Cemetery.
